1. Who we are

Suntrigo Technologies Ltd.(“Suntrigo”, “we”, “us”), Shop #5, 1st Floor, Icon Shopping Mall, Tropical Cantt. View, Matikata Bazar, Dhaka Cantonment - 1206, Bangladesh, is responsible for the personal information described in this policy. 2. Information we collect

We only collect what we need to sell, deliver and support our products.

  • Orders: your name, phone number, email (if given), delivery address, delivery instructions, the products you order, any promo code, and the order amount and payment status.
  • Quotation requests: your name, phone number, email, city and the details you give about your needs, such as product type, brand, quantity, budget, monthly usage, installation type and a preferred time to contact you.
  • Contact form: your name, phone number, email, subject and message.
  • Chat assistant on our website: the name and mobile number you enter before the chat starts, what you need help with, the messages you send and the replies you get, and the page you started the chat from.
  • WhatsApp, Messenger and Instagram: when you message our business accounts, we receive your messages and the ID that platform uses for you (on WhatsApp, this is your phone number). We may also receive your public profile name. If you comment on our posts, we receive the comment so we can reply.
  • Usage information: pages you visit, the device and browser you use, approximate location (country or city) and how you found the site, collected through Google Analytics. We also count clicks on our WhatsApp and Messenger buttons, with the product and page they were clicked on, but not who clicked them.
  • Technical information: our servers see your IP address when you use the site. We use it to keep the site secure and to stop abuse, such as too many requests in a short time.

We do not collect card or bank details on this website. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 18. Our products are sold to adults.

3. How we use your information

  • To confirm, process and deliver your orders, and to contact you about them.
  • To prepare quotations and answer your questions and messages.
  • To provide warranty, return and after-sales support.
  • To let our chat assistant answer you, including looking up your order status when you ask.
  • To understand how the site is used so we can improve it.
  • To prevent fraud and misuse, and to keep the site and our systems secure.
  • To keep the business, tax and accounting records the law requires.

We do not use your information for automated decisions that have legal or similarly significant effects on you. We will only send you marketing messages if you have agreed to receive them, and you can ask us to stop at any time.

4. Our chat assistant

The chat on our website, and our replies on WhatsApp, Messenger and Instagram, may be answered first by an AI assistant. To do this, your messages are sent to an AI service provider that generates the reply. The provider processes them only to produce that reply. A member of our team can read the conversation and may take over at any time. Please do not share passwords, bank or card details, or other sensitive information in the chat.

5. Who we share it with

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only where needed to run our business:

  • Delivery partners, who receive your name, phone number and address to deliver your order.
  • Manufacturers and authorised service centres, when needed to handle a warranty claim.
  • Service providers who host our website and database, provide the AI chat service and analytics (Google Analytics), and carry our messages (Meta, for WhatsApp, Messenger and Instagram). They may only use the information to provide their service to us.
  • Authorities, when the law requires it, or to protect our rights, our customers or the public.

Some of these providers store or process data on servers outside Bangladesh. We use well-known providers that protect the data they hold.

6. Cookies and browser storage

Google Analytics sets cookies to tell visits apart and measure how the site is used. Our own site also saves a few items in your browser so it works properly: your cart, recently viewed products, your chat so it stays open between pages, and whether you have already seen a promotion. This stays on your device and is not used to identify you.

You can clear or block cookies and site data in your browser settings. The site will still work, but your cart and chat will be cleared. You can also opt out of Google Analytics with Google’s browser add-on.

7. How long we keep it

  • Orders and invoices are kept for as long as warranty and the law require us to keep business and tax records.
  • Quotation requests, contact messages and chat conversations are kept for as long as they are useful for helping you, then deleted.
  • Analytics data is kept by Google for the period set in our Google Analytics account.

You can ask us to delete your information sooner. See section 9.

8. How we protect it

The website uses an encrypted (HTTPS) connection. Our database and admin panel are protected by passwords and access is limited to staff who need it. No system is completely secure, but we take reasonable steps to protect your information and will act quickly if something goes wrong.

9. Your rights

You can ask us to:

  • Tell you what personal information we hold about you and give you a copy.
  • Correct information that is wrong or incomplete.
  • Delete your information.
  • Stop sending you marketing messages.

To make a request, contact us using the details in section 12. We may ask you to confirm your identity, for example from the phone number linked to your order, before we act on it. We will reply within 30 days.

10. Delete your data

To ask us to delete your personal information, including your website orders, quotation requests, chat conversations, and messages you sent us on WhatsApp, Messenger or Instagram:

  1. Email info@suntrigo.com with the subject “Delete my data”, or send “Delete my data” to us on WhatsApp at +880 1776-242918, or in the same Messenger or Instagram chat you used to contact us.
  2. Include the phone number, email or account you used with us so we can find your information.
  3. We will confirm your request and delete your information within 30 days, then let you know it is done.

We may need to keep some order and invoice details for longer where the law requires it, such as for tax records, or to handle an open warranty claim. If so, we keep only what is needed and tell you what we kept.

Messages remain in your own WhatsApp, Messenger or Instagram app. You can delete them there yourself. Meta’s own handling of your information is covered by Meta’s privacy policy.

11. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy when our services or the law change. The version on this page, with its “last updated” date, is the one in force. If we make an important change, we will show a notice on the website.
